As spirits in a material world we are confronted by the temptations of fear, pride and desire which spring forth from the depths of uncertainty. From the dark and mysterious waters emerges the temptress who seduces with desire and is accompanied by the two dragons representing fear and pride who attack the virtue of those in their weakness. The true protector shelters the source of vitality and confidence where the inner sanctum is fortified by the wings of his righteousness. The flames of temptation are repelled and fuels the burning ambitions of the Phoenix which rises and transcends its energy into the field of time and matter creating the bull of balance and strength who carries the weight of his conscience. At the summit of our efforts lay the eternal light of love which nourishes the soul with divine revelation.
