As humans we struggle between opposing forces of mind and body, sometimes over-indulging in what brings us pleasure. The mind has a dual function for judgement and execution enticing us to choose between what is essential, and what is excessive. We each fight a constant battle within ourselves between right and wrong, aggression and submission, love and hate. State of mind has the potential of allowing us to live in health and vigor or be the source of our own afflictions.
